HOW DO I EARN POINTS ON THE APP?
You can earn 10 points by opening the app each time you visit The Plaza Shopping Centre.
In order to earn points, it is important that you have turned on your Bluetooth and given permission for the app to use your location.
Use the ”Check-in” button on the ”Home” tab if you do not get your points automatically when you open the app during your visit.
On the ”Home” tab you can also keep an eye on whether you can earn extra points by visiting specific locations.
HOW DO I REDEEM POINTS TO GET EXCLUSIVE PRIZES/ DISCOUNTS?
You can spend your earned points by redeeming them against prizes or discounts. The rewards can for instance be gift cards, discounts, freebies, etc. You will find the rewards under the rewards tab.
Some rewards are limited in number or are only available for a specified period of time. We, therefore, recommend keeping an eye on the list. You can see what kind of limits a given reward has by tapping it.
Please note: It is the staff who will make the actual redemption on your phone. If you make the redemption yourself, it will not be valid and your points will be lost.
