🌸 Plaza Supports Pink: Awareness, Action, & Hope This October 🌸

This October, we are proud to support Breast Cancer Awareness Month with meaningful, and educational activities, and giveaways. We have activities planned for every Saturday, including the opportunity to donate to the cause, participate in engaging vox pops, and even win Plaza vouchers.

🍪 Pink Goodies with a Purpose 🌷

📅  5th, 12th and 19th October: 14:00 – 18:00

Located on level one, shoppers can donate to the Action for Breast Cancer Foundation or purchase branded merchandise, and receive a pink ribbon biscuit as a thank-you. There will also be informational leaflets available. All proceeds are to support the foundation.

 

🎗️Pink October Awareness Day 💖

📅  26th October: 11:00 – 15:00

Mark your calendars for Saturday, 26th October for our Pink October Awareness Day event. The heart of this event is our Share Your Story Board, where we welcome everyone affected by breast cancer (survivors, fighters, and supporters) to share their personal experiences. Your stories can serve as beacons of hope for those battling this disease and help raise awareness about this important cause.

📸 Snap for a Cause Competition – €50 Plaza voucher up for grabs! 💶

Don’t miss out on the Snap for a Cause Competition! To enter, make sure you’re wearing pink on the day! Then snap a pic with the Pink October Instagram frame, and share it on your socials with the hashtag #PlazaForPinkOctober and tag us. This is a great way to spread awareness and you could win a €50 Plaza voucher.

🎤 Vox Pops For Awareness 💗

We’ll also be roaming around the centre doing vox pops about breast cancer to spark conversations, educate people, and raise awareness. If you see us, come say hi and get involved! 🙂
