1. Competition will be held between 29 July and 30 September of 2023.
2. The winners will be announced weekly, and monthly via social media and contacted directly via contact details provided. The grand Prize winner will be announced on social media and contacted directly via their contact details submitted.
3. The Plaza Shopping Centre reserves the right to terminate any participation at its discretion.
4. The Plaza Shopping Centre reserves the right at any time to modify, suspend or discontinue the competition by giving immediate notice to the public via its Facebook page.
5. By entering the competition, you are consenting The Plaza Shopping Centre to mention or refer to you on its various channels, including the website and Facebook page among other media, contact you via Facebook or through any other personal account available publicly.
6. The winner is expected to agree to have their photo taken when receiving the prize. You are hereby consenting to the use of such photos taken for any media communications at the discretion of The Plaza Shopping Centre. The winner shall expect no compensation from The Plaza Shopping Centre for the use of such photos.

How to participate & play by the rules📏

1. Participants are required to register for the competition online through the QR code found instore or directly on the website page
2. Participants are required to shop at any store in the Plaza Shopping Centre and spend a minimum of €20 for a valid entry during the competition period.
3. To enter, participants are required to write their name, surname and contact number on the back of their receipt with the value of €20 or more and drop it into the competition ballot box found on level 0.
4. Entries are only valid if the participants have registered online.
5. Participants may enter as many times as they wish, however may only win once.
6. Participants, who are minors, are to submit ID/Passport and details of their parents/guardians should they be a selected winner.
7. Plaza reserves the right to verify the identity of each winner prior to awarding the prize
8. The Plaza Shopping Centre shall collect the data of the participants of this competition.
9. In addition, the participants consent to the The Plaza Shopping Centre to process their data in accordance with the data Protection Act (Cap. 440 of the Laws of Malta).
10. Disclosure of data will only be released if required to do so under Maltese law.
11. By entering this competition, all participants are agreeing to the use of their names and images to any publicity carried out by The Plaza Shopping Centre, in relation to this competition & without claim to compensation.
12. Prizes are non-transferable or exchangeable.
13. If participants submit incorrect information, at point of registration, the entry will be voided.
14. The prize, being gift vouchers can be collected from the Plaza Management Office on Level 3 from Monday to Friday from 8am and 4:30
15. Winners will be randomly drawn from the ballot box at the following intervals:
    • once per week for the weekly €100 prize
    • once per month for the monthly €500 prize
    • once, after the closing date of the competition, on Monday 2 October 2023.
16. All winners will be contacted directly via the details provided in the registration, and will be announced on our digital channels i.e., Facebook and Instagram.
17. The Plaza Shopping Centre reserves the right to disqualify any participant caught cheating or encouraging other users to cheat or act against the general spirit of a fair competition.
18. Only those residing in Malta and Gozo are eligible to participate in this competition.
19. The Plaza Shopping Centre reserves the right to disqualify or refuse to give out any prize if any participant does not comply any of the above rules.
