The Plaza Loyalty Programme

Earn rewards just for shopping at The Plaza. Download the Stamp Me app, join The Plaza Shopping Centre profile, and start collecting stamps every time you spend with us.

How it works

1. Get the app
Download Stamp Me on your phone and search for “The Plaza Shopping Centre” to join. QR codes to download are displayed across the centre and at tenant counters.

2. Shop & scan
Spend €20 or more in a single purchase at any Plaza outlet. Tap your phone on the tag with the cashier at the counter to collect 1 stamp.

3. Collect 12 stamps
Fill your digital card with 12 stamps.

4. Get your reward
Receive a €20 Plaza Gift Voucher to spend at any Plaza store. Redemption is managed by The Plaza Management Office.

FAQs

Do I need a different card for each store?

No. One Plaza loyalty card works across all participating outlets.

What counts as a stamp?

Every single purchase of €20 or more at any Plaza outlet earns 1 stamp.

If I spend more than €50 in one transaction, do I get more stamps?

No. It’s one stamp per single transaction, regardless of the amount spent, as long as the purchase is €20 or more.

Can I split one purchase to get more stamps?

No. It’s one stamp per single purchase meeting the €20 minimum.

Can I use my Plaza Gift Voucher with other offers?

Yes. Plaza Gift Voucher rewards can be used with other offers and promotions.

What if I forget to get my stamp?

Please ask to tap your card at the store during your visit. Stamps can’t be added after you leave the store.

Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

Earn 1 stamp for every single purchase of €20 or more at any Plaza outlet.
One stamp per qualifying transaction, regardless of the total amount spent. (Example: A €100 purchase still earns one stamp.)
Multiple transactions cannot be combined to reach the €20 minimum.
Stamps must be issued at the time of purchase and cannot be added afterward

Earning & Rewards

Collect 12 stamps to receive a €20 Plaza Gift Voucher.
Plaza Gift Vouchers are issued and redeemed by The Plaza Management Office.
To collect your voucher, contact +356 2134 3832 or loyalty@plazamalta.com to arrange collection.

Redemption & Validity

Vouchers must be collected within 30 days of being issued. Uncollected vouchers will expire.
Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Vouchers may be used at any outlet within The Plaza.
Vouchers may be used alongside other offers and promotions. Vouchers can be used with a Plaza Privilege Card.

Fair Use & Abuse

The Plaza may monitor usage activity to ensure fair participation.
Suspected abuse, including (but not limited to):
– splitting purchases to receive multiple stamps,
– attempting to obtain stamps without a qualifying purchase,
– or other manipulation of the programme, will result in disqualification and removal of all earned stamps or rewards.

App & Participation

Participants must download the Stamp Me app and join the The Plaza Shopping Centre programme to collect stamps and view progress.
Stamps are collected by tapping your phone on the Stamp Tag held by the cashier after a qualifying purchase.

Changes to the Programme

The Plaza reserves the right to amend these terms or withdraw the programme at any time.
